چکیده
Rhizoremediation involves the use of plants and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) for remediation contaminated soil. This study evaluated Pseudomonas aeruginosa Eleusine indica to remediate cadmium-polluted Soil samples were collected around roots E. PGPR isolated their capacity promotion. P. was selected Cd experiment which based on treatments T1 (control soil), T2 (soil + cadmium), T3 applied 2x monthly) T4 (Soil Plant once). T5 1x T6 Cd) T7 plant). concentration in soil equivalent 8 mg/kg monitored 2 months. Bacterial count, physicochemical parameters, nutrient analyses, removal subsequently evaluated. had higher bacterial count pH values (p < 0.05) relative other this could be due inoculum addition. Conversely, reduction electrical conductivity, organic carbon matter observed attributed improved rhizospheric activities. Again, rhizoremediation highest (P (90 %) suggests P made bio-absorption easier that do not have inoculum. showed together with are suitable candidates phytoremediation soils.

Effective bioremediation of a petroleum-polluted saline soil by a surfactant-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa consortium
Bacteria able to produce biosurfactants can use petroleum-based hydrocarbons as a carbon source. Herein, four biosurfactant-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains, isolated from oil-contaminated saline soil, were combined to form a bacterial consortium. The inoculation of the consortium to contaminated soil alleviated the adverse effects of salinity on biodegradation and increased the rate of...
متن کاملProduction, purification, and characterization of antifungal metabolite from Pseudomonas aeruginosa SD12, a new strain obtained from tannery waste polluted soil.
A new strain, SD12, was isolated from tannery waste polluted soil and identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the basis of phenotypic traits and by comparison of 16S rRNA sequences. This bacterium exhibited broad-spectrum antagonistic activity against phytopathogenic fungi. The strain produced phosphatases, cellulases, proteases, pectinases, and HCN and also retained its ability to produce hydr...
متن کاملdevelopment of different optical methods for determination of glucose using cadmium telluride quantum dots and silver nanoparticles
a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...

Pseudomonas aeruginosa KUCD1, a possible candidate for cadmium bioremediation
A cadmium (8 mM) resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain KUCd1 exhibiting high Cd accumulation under in vitro aerobic condition has been reported. The isolate showed a significant ability to remove more than 75% and 89% of the soluble cadmium during the active growth phase from the growth medium and from Cd-amended industrial wastewater under growth supportive condition. Transmission electron m...
